How DroboAI uses Amazon
Amazon is the supplier side of the Amazon → eBay workflow. DroboAI Desktop reads Amazon product data during Upload → Discover & Post, saves the source URL to your local config.json, then reuses that source for Listings refresh and order fulfillment shortcuts.
- Discover & Post — searches Amazon, reads product details, and publishes eligible products to eBay
- Listings — re-checks Amazon price and stock, then revises or ends selected eBay listings
- Orders — opens the matched Amazon source product when an eBay item sells
Setup checklist
- Open DroboAI Desktop. Sign in with the same DroboAI account you use on this website.
- Connect eBay first. Go to Session, launch the browser, and sign in to your eBay seller account.
- Match your marketplace. In desktop Settings, set eBay Domain to the marketplace you sell on.
- Start small. In Upload → Discover & Post, use the warm-up target from the main docs before scaling.
- Check sources before fulfillment. When an order arrives, open the matched Amazon product from Orders and confirm price, stock, shipping speed, and exact product match.
Which Amazon site to expect
The Amazon source should match the eBay marketplace you selected in desktop Settings:

Listings refresh
Use desktop Listings when you need to refresh existing inventory. Select rows, then run Refresh checked to re-check Amazon and update eBay.
- Amazon $ — current supplier price
- Target $ — computed eBay price from your profit and promo rules
- Auto-end OOS — end the eBay listing if Amazon stays unavailable after retries
- AI title + description — optionally rewrite title and description during refresh
Fulfillment rules
- Always confirm the Amazon item is the exact same product before buying
- Check delivery estimate, supplier stock, variants, and shipping address carefully
- If Amazon price or availability changed, cancel or source manually before committing
- Mark the eBay order shipped only after you have valid tracking
