Order tracking

Review awaiting shipments, estimate 90-day profit, open matched Amazon products, and mark orders shipped — from the Orders screen.

What it does

The Orders screen pulls eBay sales from the last 90 days using your linked Session. It matches line items to Amazon URLs saved in config.json when you posted each listing, so you can estimate profit and fulfill faster.

Prerequisites

  • Auto-Pilot or Enterprise plan
  • Session connected — Chrome open and signed into eBay
  • Listings posted through Discover & Post (so config rows exist for matching)

Header & refresh

  • Refresh Orders — pull the latest eBay order data
  • 90-day est. profit — running total based on matched config pricing

Order sections

Awaiting shipment

Orders that need fulfillment. Each card shows order ID, account, buyer name, line items (title, qty, sold amount, line profit), and a net profit badge.

Shipped / other

Completed or non-awaiting orders, paginated (50 per page with Prev/Next).

Per-order actions

  • Order ID — opens the order on eBay
  • Copy address / name / phone — buyer details for supplier checkout
  • Open Amazon — opens the matched product URL from config (when available)
  • Actions menu — Amazon Search, Google Search, or eBay Search from the item title
  • Mark as shipped — available on awaiting-shipment orders after you fulfill

Daily workflow tip

Refresh orders each morning, fulfill new sales on Amazon (or your supplier), add tracking on eBay, then mark shipped in DroboAI. Pair with Listings refresh to keep live inventory accurate.

If Open Amazon is missing, the listing may predate config tracking or the row was deleted locally — check Listings or re-post through Upload.
