How do I install and sign in to DroboAI Desktop?
Download the Windows installer from the website, install it, and sign in with the same email you use on droboai.com.
Which plan do I need for the desktop app?
Auto-Pilot and Enterprise include the full desktop app. Free and Basic accounts can sign in on the website but need an upgrade for Session, Upload, Orders, and Listings.
eBay session
eBay not logging in or sign-in fails in the desktop app
Open Session → Login with Browser. On eBay, do not use Google, Facebook, or Apple — type your email, then sign in with a password or SMS text code (two login options — SMS is not 2FA). Keep the Chrome window open after Seller Hub loads.
Why does eBay say my session expired?
Open Session in the desktop app and use Login with Browser to re-link your seller account. Sessions can expire after eBay security checks or long idle periods.
Can I sign in to eBay with Google or Facebook in the desktop app?
No. Third-party sign-in does not work in the DroboAI browser. Type your email on the eBay login page, then sign in with a password or an SMS text code — those are the two login options (SMS is not 2FA). Add a password in eBay account settings if you need one.

How does Discover & Post work?
Discover & Post finds products on Amazon and posts them to your eBay account automatically at the profit you set. Run it from Upload after your eBay session is linked.
How do I refresh prices and end out-of-stock listings?
Use Listings → Refresh in the desktop app to scan eBay listings against Amazon prices and update live listings. Run price sync 1–3 times per week.
eBay says I need to verify my account (new seller)
New sellers may need identity verification before listings go live. Run Discover & Post once; if it fails, open Seller Hub → Drafts on eBay and try posting manually. eBay will prompt you to verify — complete that on ebay.com, then retry.
Orders & fulfillment
Where do I track orders and profit?
The Orders tab shows awaiting shipment and shipped rows with matched Amazon links, copy actions for buyer details, and estimated profit.
Do I pay for orders upfront?
Yes. When a customer buys on eBay, you purchase from Amazon and front the cost yourself. eBay pays you after the sale clears. Always confirm supplier stock before buying.
