Agreement
These terms cover the DroboAI website, the desktop app, and Cloud. Creating an account, starting a checkout, installing the app, or running a store means you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DroboAI.
The Privacy Policy explains what we store. It is part of this agreement.
The plans
Software is $99.99 a month. It is the desktop app for Windows and Mac: find products, list them on eBay, refresh price and stock, and track orders.
Cloud is $249.99 a month for each store. It includes Software and Auto-fulfillment. The store runs from our side, with its own signed-in browser, so listing, refresh, and order checks can continue while your computer is off.
When Software checkout shows a first week, that week is $1 for 7 days, once per account. The plan price starts when the week ends, unless you cancel first. For an eligible first Cloud store, the first month is paid at checkout, months 2 and 3 are free, and monthly charges resume in month 4. Additional stores are billed monthly from addition, prorated for the current billing period, with no free months. Existing subscriptions retain their prices and add-on terms. Prices on the checkout page apply to that purchase.
If you already pay for an older plan, that plan stays as it is. New checkouts are Software or Cloud.
Your eBay and Amazon accounts
You use your own eBay and Amazon accounts. You follow their rules, including what you may sell, how you describe it, and how you ship it. DroboAI does not guarantee sales, profit, search placement, or that a marketplace will leave your account in good standing.
You are responsible for every listing the app or a Cloud store publishes, and for every order you accept. That includes buying the item and shipping it to the buyer. A small loss on one order is still your order to complete.
Your DroboAI account
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for the password, for Google sign-in if you use it, and for everything done under the account. Sign-in is provided by Firebase, and Google’s terms apply if you choose Google.
Cloud stores
Each store you add is one unit on the Cloud subscription. You sign that store’s browser in to the eBay and Amazon accounts you are allowed to use. By starting a run, you tell us to use that browser to search, list, refresh listings, and read orders under the rules you saved.
You can pause a store or turn its browser off. A missed Cloud payment pauses every store on the account until the card is updated. Turning a store off does not by itself end the subscription. Cancel in billing to stop future charges.
Cloud can be unavailable while we fix the service, while eBay or Amazon asks for a sign-in, or while a security check is on the screen. You finish those checks yourself. We do not solve them for you.
Billing
Plans renew through Stripe until you cancel. The first-week price, when it is offered, is charged at the start. The plan price is charged when that week ends and then each period after that. Cloud’s quantity is the number of stores. Adding a store adds that store’s price.
Cancel from Manage billing in Settings. Cancellation stops the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, including a first week you already started. Refunds follow the law that applies to the purchase and whatever the checkout page stated at the time.
We may change prices for later periods. The price you already paid for the current period stays the price of that period.
The desktop app
While your plan is active, you may install Software on computers you control and use it for your own selling. Cloud subscribers may install it as part of that plan. You may not resell the app, share a login so someone else can avoid paying, or copy the software except where the law allows.
The license ends when the plan ends, when the account is closed, or when we stop access because these terms were broken. DroboAI keeps ownership of the software, the site, and the Cloud service.
Listing copy
Titles, descriptions, and item specifics can be written from the supplier page. They can still be wrong. You are responsible for what goes live on eBay, including the brand, materials, country, and any other specific on the listing.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Break the law, or eBay’s or Amazon’s rules
- List items you are not allowed to sell, or describe an item as something it is not
- Sign a store or the desktop app into an account you are not allowed to use
- Probe, overload, or disrupt DroboAI, or try to get into another customer’s store
- Resell access to the service or scrape it to build a competing product
- Upload malware or use the service for fraud
Community
Forum posts can be read by other people. Leave out passwords, card numbers, and private buyer details. We may remove posts or limit an account that harasses people, spams the forum, or breaks these terms. Discord is a separate service with its own rules.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. We do not promise that a run will reach a target, that a marketplace will accept a listing, or that the service will be up every minute.
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, DROBOAI AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, LISTINGS, ORDERS, OR MARKETPLACE STANDING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50.
Some places do not allow those limits. Where that is the case, the limit is the strongest one the law still allows.
Ending, changes, and contact
You can stop using DroboAI at any time and cancel in billing. We can suspend or close access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we shut the service down. Sections that should survive, including disclaimers, liability, and this contact clause, stay in effect.
We may update these terms. The new date is posted on this page. Using DroboAI after that date means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a local consumer rule must apply instead.
